Festive Alcohol-Free Jello Shots (Printable)

# Ingredient List:

01 - 1 box (3 oz) strawberry or cherry flavored gelatin
02 - 1 cup boiling water
03 - 1/2 cup cold water

→ White Layer

04 - 1 box (3 oz) unflavored gelatin
05 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
06 - 1 cup boiling water

→ Blue Layer

07 - 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry flavored gelatin
08 - 1 cup boiling water
09 - 1/2 cup cold water

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - Whipped cream
11 - Red, white, and blue sprinkles

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry (or cherry) gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Mix in 1/2 cup cold water. Pour about 1 tablespoon into each shot cup. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
02 - In a separate bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth and combined. Cool to room temperature.
03 - Remove the set red layer from the refrigerator. Carefully pour about 1 tablespoon of the white layer over the red layer in each cup. Refrigerate again for 1 hour, until set.
04 - In a clean bowl, combine blue raspberry gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then mix in 1/2 cup cold water.
05 - Once the white layer is set, pour 1 tablespoon of the blue layer on top of each cup. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
06 - Just before serving, top with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles if desired.
